HOT MATCHA LATTE RECIPE

Sift 3g of matcha into a tea bowl

Add 40ml of hot water at 60°C to the tea bowl and whisk vigorously in a “M” or “W” motion until a thin layer of foam appears

If desired, add 20ml - 25ml of honey syrup

Use a steam wand to steam 120ml of milk

Pour matcha over milk

Stir and enjoy your perfect hot matcha latte.

 

ICED MATCHA LATTE RECIPE

Add 110ml of milk / oat milk to a 100grams cup of ice

Pour matcha over milk

Stir and enjoy your perfect cold matcha latte.

 

Honey Syrup

⅓ cup of honey

⅔ cup of hot water

Combine and use as a natural sweetener for your drinks.
