Make the perfect Iced Hojicha Latte
Sift 3g of hojicha powder into a tea bowl
Add 40ml of hot water at 80°C to the tea bowl and whisk vigorously in a “M” or “W” motion until a thin layer of foam appears
If desired, add 20ml - 25ml of honey syrup
Add 110ml of milk / oat milk to a 100grams cup of ice
Pour hojicha over milk.
Stir and enjoy your perfect iced hojicha latte.
